No Surprises Act

Per the Transparency Rule under the No Surprises Act, employers must provide a link for Machine Readable Files.  The No Surprises Act applies to employer-sponsored group health plans, including self-funded plans and fully insured plans.  The machine-readable files are under the Transparency Rule, which was signed into law November 12, 2020 and requires plans and insurance issuers to disclose cost-sharing information, negotiated rates for in-network providers, and allowed amounts for out-of-network providers. The Transparency Rule applies to employer-sponsored group health plans and health insurance issuers in the group and individual market.

UnitedHealthcare creates and publishes the Machine-Readable Files on behalf of our company.  To link to the Machine-Readable Files, please click on the URL provided:*dkxg8u*_ga*MTUwNjEyMjMyNS4xNjU2NjIxNzIy*_ga_HZQWR2GYM4*MTY1NjYyMTcyMi4xLjAuMTY1NjYyMTcyMi4w
