Our Services Include:
Meals on Wheels
Our volunteers deliver nutritious meals Monday-Friday to the homes of older adults who have trouble preparing, accessing or affording food for themselves.
TOPS (Transportation Options Program for Seniors) provides transportation to medical appointments and “quality of life trips” anywhere around town for older adults living in North Fulton. Wheelchair vehicles and escorts inside the doctor’s office are available upon request.
Senior Services North Fulton operates seven senior centers in Alpharetta/Crabapple, Atlanta, Milton, Roswell, and Sandy Springs that enrich the lives of hundreds of older adults every week. Monday through Friday, our centers provide programs and services that enhance the health, happiness and well-being of those age 60+ in the northern part of Fulton County. A nutritious lunch is served and transportation is available to and from the centers daily.
Our care managers conduct in-home visits with our clients to evaluate their needs and determine appropriate services. Our goal is to help older adults live as independently as possible.
Pantry to You
If you don’t have transportation to the NFCC Food Pantry, pantry items can be home-delivered by our volunteers.
Meals on Wheels for Pets
We understand how important and therapeutic the relationship between seniors and their pets can be! The goal of our Meals on Wheels for Pets program is to provide support to help seniors feed and care for their pets. We assist individuals in purchasing all or part of their monthly pet food and cat litter needs.
Our staff provides person-centered resources and referral information for various providers and services that support older adults.
